Our Story

Founded with humble beginnings in 2016, with our first office in Leeds United Kingdom, to a global team of Customer Experience, Commercial, Sales, Product, Technology, Member Support experts in 12 offices across 6 continents worldwide.

Our 400+ Members consist of the largest travel, events, hospitality and financial services brands in over 75+ countries. Our customer-facing Widgets are exposed to millions of our Members' customers in over 109+ countries,
meaning our services are truly global and localised for the needs of customers no matter where they are based.

Whilst boosting Customer Satisfaction scores, our services also provide significant new revenue streams direct to our Members’ bottom lines, often without cost, as Revenue shouldn’t come as a sacrifice for a superior Customer Experience.
